All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We use Evri (3- 4 business days) to delivery your product to you. Or you can select Evri (1-2 days) if you want to receive your product sooner. This is for the UK only excluding N.Ireland and Channel Islands.
We now also ship internationally using DHL Express Standard International Shipping up to 17 days.
All taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid before the products can be recieved.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Evri for the UK and DHL for International will also provide a tracking number.
If you haven’t received your order within 2-4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
As our items are personal care goods they are non-returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When we understand the damage you have incured we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
