Shipping takes 2-4 business days and excludes weekends and bank holidays for the UK and up to 17 days Internationally.
All taxes and duties will have to be paid by the customer if they are applicable before you can receive your goods.
T.H.O.M. uses Evri in the UK and DHL Express Internationally and so you will receive a tracking code.

Our glass bottle is 100% recyclable and our carton is made from FSC approved materials.
As our items are personal care goods they are non-returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When we understand the damage you have incured we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
